This Exceptional Customer Service Part II training seminar starts off where Part I left off. Participants look at their communication skills and how they can improve them. They become much better at communicating at work and with everyone in their lives.  Why is this important? Because clear communication reduces mistakes, reduces stress and saves $$$.

 

The four behavioral styles (Driver-Expressive-Analytical-Amiable) are discussed in detail. Recognizing 75% of people are not like them is an eye opener for most people.

 

This training session is also about knowing when and how to flex one’s style when dealing with customers as well as co-workers so that communication flows more smoothly and relationships are enhanced.

 

Angry Customer situations are discussed. Participants learn techniques to handle unreasonable customers so they walk away pleased and turn into loyal customers
