Meditation. Transcendental Meditation. ’Transcend’…and end the trance.


You know who does Transcendental Meditation? Jerry Seinfeld does and has for the last 40 years. Oprah Winfrey. Katy Perry. And if these people do it, you figure, “What the heck, I can do it.”


Transcendental Meditation is 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon. I highly recommend if you don't now meditate, Google ‘Transcendental Meditation’. Do a class on Transcendental Meditation. Make this year the year you begin to meditate. Make it the most important thing in your life to meditate every day. You'll see a change in your life that you won't even imagine.


It is VERY powerful. You're accessing the power that exists inside of you when you meditate. You become much more in control of your thoughts when you meditate. For me, I'm a better father…husband…I'm more present in the moment…I'm more focused…all as a result of meditating. It’s a practice that has changed my life. I've been doing it for 15 years, and I HIGHLY recommend meditating.
