There is nothing wrong with you.
When you have these thoughts about, “Oh, I’m too fat”, or “I’m too tall”, or “I’m not smart enough”, or “I’m not good enough”…no.
No, no, NO.
You’re FINE the way you are. There is NOTHING wrong with you. When that happens, you’re taking outside input – negative attitude, forces and labels – and applying them to yourself.
Leave all that negative stuff outside where it belongs, and focus on the fact that there's nothing wrong with yo u. And don’t you forget it.
