"How Goes The Battle?"

 

So, I met a guy like 20 years ago when I was younger, and he said to me, “How goes the battle?”

 

I said, “How goes the battle? What do you mean? What battle?”

 

He said, “The battle up here. In your head. The battle between right and wrong, between good and bad. How goes the battle?”

 

I said, “Oh, THAT battle!”

 

Because that’s what’s happening. I don’t know about you, but it happens to me. I’m critical of people and accepting of people. Like those two little creatures sitting on our shoulder: the angel and the devil.

 

So, how goes the battle for you this week? You want to make sure the positive voice – that angel – wins. You’ll make a positive difference in your life and in people’s lives around you.
