"Appreciate vs Negate"
You can’t have an appreciative thought and a negative thought at the same time.
It’s almost impossible. I mean, it IS impossible!
So, you want to appreciate your life on a deep level, and don’t let those negative thoughts get in there. Those negative thoughts – you know what they’re called?
Stinkin’ Thinkin’!
You want to get RID of the stinkin’ thinkin’, and you want to appreciate your life. Look around. See the trees, and the snow, and the grass, and the sky, the sun, the moon, and the stars…the shadows, the food you have in your refrigerator…and your body that you have.
Appreciate your life. You can’t have an appreciative thought and a negative thought at the same time. Work on the appreciative, and you’ll find yourself in a better mood as you go forward.
And isn’t that what we all want? To be happy, and to be satisfied?
